Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Business Course from reputable universities.
• At least 2 years experience as merchandising officer and overall 5 years in retail industry.
• Strong communication and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stocks/merchandise support sales plans across stores.
• Use analytics tools to support category decisions.
• Prepare Sales, Inventory, Margin, Aging, and Performance reports.
• Oversee reports such as OSO, RTV, SPS, Gondola, Receipts & Promosys.
• Develop merchandising strategies to meet sales and margin targets.
• Forecast sales, inventory, and margins to support business objectives.
