ZALORA Philippines in Metro Manila is seeking a Quality Control Analyst to ensure catalog content meets quality standards before going live on the website. You will review product images, descriptions, categorization, and attributes to ensure accuracy and consistency with e-Production guidelines.

You will perform final checks, address errors on the live site, escalate issues, and maintain high accuracy while meeting daily productivity targets.

Qualifications

Strong written and verbal proficiency in English.
Adept in using AI-powered language translation tools for multilingual content review.
Excellent attention to detail to identify errors in product information, images, translations.

Responsibilities

Ensure every catalog detail—from product images and categorization to content, grammar, and spelling—meets the quality standards specified in the e-Production guidelines.
Act as the final stage of Quality Control by completing multiple checks on product category, images, content accuracy, product attributes, grammar, and spelling before approving products to go live on the website.
Conduct post-quality checks on the live website to identify and address any errors.
Escalate quality concerns, recurring errors, or discrepancies to the appropriate stakeholders.
Maintain a high level of accuracy while meeting daily productivity and turnaround-time targets.
Follow established workflows, quality guidelines, and process updates.
Use AI language translation tools effectively to support translation review, content validation, and language-quality checks while ensuring the final output is accurate, natural, and aligned with brand and e-Production guidelines.
