Qualifications

• Experience preparing nutritious, home-style meals.

Responsibilities

• Prepare nutritious home-style meals and desserts.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and portion control.
• Manage kitchen stock and rotation to minimise waste.
• Maintain a clean, organised and compliant kitchen environment.
• Complete food safety and kitchen compliance records.
• Build positive relationships with residents and provide friendly service.
• Follow all food safety, WHS and infection control requirements.
