Job summary

Robinsons Appliances Corp. is seeking a highly organized Cashiering Supervisor to oversee daily cashiering operations, ensure accuracy of cash and POS transactions, and uphold security and integrity across all payments.

You will lead the cashiering team, ensure compliance with company policies, deliver excellent customer service, and support overall store operations while driving internal controls and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Graduate in a business-related course or equivalent.
• Experience supervising cashiering or retail operations.
• Strong knowledge of cash handling and financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily cashiering operations and cash collections.
• Ensure accurate processing of cash, checks, cards and financing.
• Monitor revolving funds, petty cash and gift certificates.
• Prepare cashiering reports and bank deposits accurately and on time.
• Lead, coach and develop cashiers for efficiency and service.
• Conduct cashiering audits and internal control checks.
• Address customer concerns related to cashiering transactions.
• Identify and mitigate cashiering risks and discrepancies.
• Support store admin, compliance and operational needs as required.
