Job summary

Negros Power is seeking a dedicated Cashier Supervisor to oversee daily treasury collection operations and cashiering processes in Bacolod City. You will ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting while guiding cashiering staff.

Ideal candidates have experience in cashiering, treasury management, and leadership, with strong Excel skills and attention to detail. This full-time, on-site role offers growth and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Finance, or related Business course.
• Experience in cashiering operations, treasury management, collections, or related financial operations is an advantage.
• Experience in supervising cashiering or collection teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cashiering operations for timely and accurate customer payments.
• Monitor and verify daily collections from cash, checks, and third-party channels.
• Ensure Treasury policies and internal controls are followed.
• Review and validate daily Treasury reports and reconciliations.
• Submit reports and collection summaries within deadlines.
• Maintain cash accountability and safeguard documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments on collection concerns.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and service.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
• Provide guidance and supervision to cashiering staff.
