Job summary

Motoxpress Sales Corporation is seeking a diligent cashier/finance assistant in Molino, Cavite. You will collect payments, balance the cash drawer daily, and prepare reports and deposits. You will also record transactions, monitor refunds and cash advances, and manage petty cash for the dealer network.

Fresh graduates are welcome, and any related college degree is suitable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite is preferred; strong interpersonal skills are a must.

Qualifications

• College graduate of any related program.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• With or without experience (prior experience is an advantage).
• Demonstrates accuracy in handling cash and transactions.
• Computer literate, with knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Pleasing personality and good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect and receipt customer payments (cash/check).
• Balance and reconcile the cash drawer daily.
• Prepare collection reports and bank deposits.
• Record transactions in the system and maintain financial documents.
• Monitor accountable forms and process refunds, cash advances, and liquidations.
• Manage and replenish the dealer's petty cash fund.
• Perform other related duties as needed.
