Job description

The Cashier is responsible for ensuring smooth daily store operations by managing staff, motivating the sales team, driving sales, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• At least six (6) months of experience as a cashier
• Target-driven with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
• Experienced in leading and coaching a team of skilled professionals (e.g., waxing, brow, or nail technicians)
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including mall-based hours
• Prior experience in retail, beauty, wellness, or related industries is preferred
