Job summary

R2 Group of Exclusive Brands is seeking a Store Supervisor to ensure smooth daily store operations by effectively managing staff, motivating the sales team, driving sales, and delivering excellent customer service.

This role requires at least six months in a supervisory or cashier position, a strong customer focus, and the ability to lead a team of beauty professionals while working flexible mall-based hours. Openings are nationwide with assignments near your residence.

Qualifications

• At least six (6) months of experience in a supervisory role or as a cashier.
• Target-driven with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Experienced in leading and coaching a team of skilled professionals (e.g., waxing, brow, or nail technicians).
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including mall-based hours.
• Prior experience in retail, beauty, wellness, or related industries is preferred.
