Job summary

Robinsons Appliances Corp. is seeking a detail-oriented cashier to ensure fast, accurate checkouts and high-quality customer service at our Laguna store in Santa Rosa. You will handle cash, card, and other payment methods, issue receipts, and follow internal controls to protect company funds.

The role requires friendly service, accurate transaction processing, and strict adherence to cashiering procedures. You will maintain a clean checkout area and operate POS systems to support smooth store

Responsibilities

• Process Customer Transactions Accurately and Efficiently Handle cash, credit card, e-payment, financing, discount, and promotional transactions with accuracy while ensuring the proper issuance of official receipts and complete transaction documentation.
• Deliver Excellent Customer Service Provide fast, courteous, and professional service by assisting customers with payments, purchases, and transaction-related inquiries while promoting a seamless checkout experience.
• Maintain Cash Accountability and Financial Integrity Perform accurate cash counts, collection turnovers, and reconciliation activities while safeguarding cash, checks, gift certificates, and other accountable forms in accordance with company policies.
• Ensure Compliance with Cashiering Procedures and Controls Adhere to established cashiering standards, promotional guidelines, internal controls, and audit requirements while promptly reporting discrepancies, suspicious activities, or system issues.
• Support Operational Excellence and Equipment Care Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cashiering area and ensure the proper use and care of POS systems and cashiering equipment to support efficient store operations.
