Job summary

R2 Group of Exclusive Brands is seeking a dedicated Cashier to support daily store operations across mall locations. The role involves handling transactions, providing excellent customer service, and motivating a team of technicians where applicable.

The ideal candidate has at least six months of cashier experience, is target-driven, and willing to work flexible mall hours. Retail or beauty/wellness exposure is preferred, with opportunities for training and development.

Qualifications

• Target-driven with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
• Experienced in leading and coaching a team of skilled professionals (e.g., waxing, brow, or nail technicians)
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including mall-based hours
• Prior experience in retail, beauty, wellness, or related industries is preferred
