Job summary

Speed Wheels Tyres & Services is seeking a reliable Cashier / Service Advisor to join our tyre and automotive service centre. You will handle customer transactions, process payments, prepare receipts, and assist customers during their visit.

The ideal candidate has at least a Senior High School diploma, basic computer skills, and good numerical and communication abilities. Experience with QuickBooks or POS systems is an advantage; college graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

About the role

Speed Wheels Tyres & Services is looking for a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Cashier / Service Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer transactions, processing payments, preparing sales and service receipts, and assisting customers throughout their visit to our tyre and automotive service centre.

Key responsibilities

• Process cash, card, bank transfer, and other customer payments accurately.
• Prepare sales receipts, invoices, and service transactions.
• Handle and reconcile the daily cash drawer.
• Encode sales and service transactions into the company's systems.
• Assist customers with billing, payment, and basic service inquiries.
• Coordinate with mechanics and the service team regarding completed jobs and customer charges.
• Ensure correct pricing, discounts, and promotional offers are applied.
• Verify customer and vehicle information.
• Prepare daily cashier and sales reports.
• Maintain accurate records and supporting documents.

About you

• At least Senior High School graduate; college graduate is an advantage.
• Previous cashier, retail, accounting, or customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Experience with QuickBooks, POS systems, or similar software is an advantage.
