Job summary

A local retail company in Albay is hiring a Cashier responsible for processing transactions and providing excellent customer service. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, trustworthy, and able to work flexible hours including weekends. Experience is a plus, but training will be provided. All genders are welcome.

Job Title: Cashier

A cashier is responsible for processing customer transactions in a retail or service setting.

Responsibilities

1. Handling Transactions: Operate the cash register, scan items, process payments (cash, credit, debit, or mobile), and provide receipts to customers.
2. Customer Service: Greet customers, answer questions, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
3. Maintaining Cash Drawer: Ensure cash drawer is balanced at the beginning and end of shifts, and report discrepancies if any.
4. Stock and Inventory: Occasionally assist with stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and checking inventory.
