Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a detail-oriented Cash and Reconciliation Associate Manager to oversee the reconciliation of cash accounts and monitor bank transactions across multiple financial systems. You will ensure accuracy of cash records, reinforce strong controls, and manage high-volume cash operations.

You will investigate discrepancies, support audits, and drive continuous process improvements in cash management.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with strong financial analysis skills.
• Ability to drive process improvements in cash management.
• Experience interpreting reconciliations and supporting audits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily, periodic, and monthly reconciliation of multiple bank accounts and systems with the general ledger.
• Track and monitor cash inflows and outflows including collections and payments.
• Investigate variances, missing entries, duplicates, and unidentified transactions; resolve items.
• Coordinate with Accounting, Treasury, AP/AR and banking partners to resolve issues.
• Monitor aged reconciling items and escalate as needed.
