Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Payment Lifecycle Manager I in Manila to support daily cash positioning, funding and projections, and end-to-end reconciliation. You will work with Treasury, business partners, and project teams to resolve issues and improve processes in a deadline-driven environment.

This role requires experience in payments or cash management, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities, including night shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in payments, cash management, or financial operations.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
• Proficiency in Excel, including macros.
• Knowledge of operational risk and controls.

Responsibilities

• Perform Nostro funding and projections; monitor balances and reconcile daily statements.
• Prepare Nostro positions per funding requirements.
• Coordinate with Treasury to confirm Nostro funding needs.
• Monitor exceptions; escalate and close issues.
• Reconcile items; identify drivers of breaks; resolve with stakeholders.
• Support global cash position forecasting and funding.
• Validate overdraft and credit charges; escalate discrepancies.
• Track procedure updates; apply changes to daily execution.
• Identify process efficiencies and control enhancements.
• Support system enhancements and onboarding/offboarding.
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate outcomes.
