Job summary

RCBC in Angeles, Philippines is seeking a capable Operations Support Associate to assist the Operations Manager in the day-to-day running of the Bank's Support Center. You will help supervise cash-in vault activities, coordinate deposit pickups, and support cash cube operations and ATM loading to ensure accurate and timely processing.

Ideal candidates have a business-related degree, preferably accounting, and exposure to cash handling.

Qualifications

• A graduate of any business-related course; Accounting graduates are an advantage.
• Exposure to cash handling transactions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of the Support Center, including cash-in vault and vault transactions.
• Monitor cash cube operations, ATM loading, outward clearing, and billing reconciliation.
• Assist in managing deposit pickups.
