Job summary

ATPI – Armored Transport Plus Inc. is seeking a skilled Cash Manager in Cebu City, Philippines to oversee daily cash operations, reconciliation, and controls.

You will manage a cash management team, ensure accurate processing, and coordinate with Finance and Operations to maintain secure, compliant cash handling. The role requires 3–5 years in cash management or related fields, a strong focus on internal controls, and proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in cash management, banking operations, accounting, finance, cash processing, logistics, security operations, or related field.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Cash Management Department operations.
• Ensure proper receiving, counting, sorting, verification, processing, storage, and release of cash and valuables.
• Monitor daily cash movements, balances, transactions and ensure proper documentation and controls.
• Supervise and coach Cash Management staff and ensure adequate manpower coverage.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on cash operations, reconciliation, discrepancies and productivity.
