The Cash Management Senior Analyst supports disbursement and collection activities, engaging with Front Office, custodians, and internal teams in a time-sensitive environment to ensure accurate cash handling and timely settlements.

In this hybrid Manila-based role, you will perform daily cash management tasks, cover coverage gaps, and participate in cross-functional projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related business course.
• Strong analytical and diagnostic skills with knowledge of process design.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and reading comprehension).
• Experience in cash management, trade support or investment operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day operational support (FX transactions, fund transfers, cash projections, cash reconciliations).
• Communicate with Front Office, partners, custodians and vendors to ensure timely settlements and issue resolution.
• Investigate overdrafts or breaks highlighted by Front Office or custodians and resolve reconciliations issues.
• Manage risks including operational and reputational risks and support process improvements.
• Provide training and guidance to junior team members and new joiners.
