Job summary

eTap Management Services Inc. (EMSI) is seeking a Cash Management Officer to oversee daily cash flow activities, reconcile funds across wallets and bank accounts, and ensure settlement integrity nationwide.

The role focuses on monitoring wallet balances, funding support, and coordination with banks and internal teams to maintain uninterrupted cash availability for Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in cash management, treasury operations, banking, or financial services is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Wallet Monitoring & Funding: monitor franchise wallet balances and flag shortfalls; prepare replenishment requests for approval.
• Reconciliation & Accuracy: perform daily/periodic reconciliations of bank deposits, wallet balances, and fund transfers; verify transactions.
• Cash Out Monitoring & Replenishment: monitor cash-out machines and digital channels; coordinate replenishments.
• Coordination & Support: work with banks and internal units for validation, settlement follow-ups, and reconciliation issues; support supervisor in escalations.

What a Cash Management Officer Looks Forward to Doing Well

The Cash Management Officer is responsible for the day-to-day monitoring, reconciliation, and reporting of cash flow activities to ensure sufficient funds across digital wallets, bank accounts, and cash-out channels nationwide. The role supports timely fund transfers, settlement reconciliations (e.g., ePuhunan, Multisys, franchise wallets), and deposit monitoring for Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. The Officer ensures accuracy in transaction records, compliance with financial policies, and provides operational support to the Cash Management Supervisor and Cash Management Manager in maintaining uninterrupted cash availability and settlement integrity.

What you will do

Wallet Monitoring & Funding Support

• Monitor franchise wallet balances and crediting daily and flag potential shortfalls.
• Prepare replenishment requests accurately and promptly for supervisor or manager’s approval.

Reconciliation & Accuracy

• Perform daily and periodic reconciliations of bank deposits, wallet balances, and fund transfers.
• Handle reconciliation of bank transfers for ePuhunan and ensure all transactions are properly matched.
• Track and verify transactions routed through Multisys platform.
• Flag discrepancies promptly and prepare initial documentation for resolution.

Cash Out Monitoring & Replenishment

• Monitor cash-out machines and digital channels to ensure sufficient balance for withdrawals.
• Coordinate replenishments with supervisor and service providers.

Coordination & Support

• Work with banks and internal units for deposit validation, settlement follow-ups, and reconciliation issues.
• Provide timely support to the supervisor in handling escalations.
