Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute daily cash application and post customer payments.
• Monitor unapplied payments and investigate unmatched transactions.
• Perform daily review of Debit and Credit Memos.
• Respond to internal tickets and reconcile electronic payments.
• Support KPI tracking and escalate high-risk discrepancies.
