Job summary

Sorren Philippines, Inc. is seeking a CAS Manager to lead the CAS team, supervise staff, and coordinate with the US tax group to deliver high quality services to clients. You will develop technical expertise, manage engagements on time and on budget, and mentor colleagues across levels.

You will participate in weekly reviews with US peers, communicate outcomes clearly, and drive process improvements while providing staff training and performance feedback.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising seniors and staff, with mentoring and coaching skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements and budgets.
• Strong communication with US clients and internal teams.
• Forecasting workloads and capacity to balance schedules.

Responsibilities

• Effectively supervise, train and mentor seniors and staff.
• Develops areas of technical expertise to become a resource to the firm.
• Manage and maintain multiple client relationships, engagements and special projects.
• Engage clients in discussions about strategic and operational effectiveness.
• Manage engagements on budget and on time.
• Coordinate with Tax Department to deliver CAS services to US tax team.
• Prepare monthly client billings for engagements led.
• Communicate outcomes to Sorren team and with US clients as needed.
• Provide quality assurance checks and training as necessary.
• Review performance and forecast capacity to support scheduling.
