Overview
A Caretaker performs a variety of tasks to maintain and ensure the safety, cleanliness, and upkeep of a property or facility. Duties vary by environment (residential, commercial, or institutional).
Responsibilities
- Property Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain the condition of buildings, grounds, and equipment. Conduct minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, painting, etc.) or arrange for professional services as needed. Maintain the cleanliness of common areas (lobbies, hallways, etc.).
- Cleaning: Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting.
- Organize General Cleaning and Customer Service Oriented tasks as part of daily duties.
Qualifications / Skills
