Overview
A caretaker is responsible for maintaining and managing the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of a property or facility. Duties include cleaning, minor repairs, monitoring security, and ensuring the premises are well-maintained and operational. - Experience: Prior experience in property management, cleaning, or maintenance is advantageous.
- Personal traits: Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Physical requirements: Ability to lift heavy items, perform manual labor, and work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, as needed.
