Job summary

Brainbox in the Philippines is seeking a Care Coordinator to support structured supervision sessions, incident reviews, wellbeing surveys, and audits for a frontline care team. You will ensure timely documentation and provide accurate information to the practice team to guide decisions.

Ideal candidates have 2-4 years in admin or coordination within the NDIS or healthcare sector, strong English communication, and robust organisational skills.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of Admin or Coordinator experience in the NDIS or healthcare sector in Australia.
• Excellent written and verbal English with high-quality documentation.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with Australian or international health-care clients preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate scheduled supervision sessions for Therapeutic Care Workers.
• Support staff in reflecting on the therapeutic care model and placements.
• Monitor schedules and records, flag overdue sessions to the team.
• Assist with incident reviews, practice learning summaries, and escalation.
• Maintain wellbeing surveys, analyse results, and note action items.
• Complete audits using client templates and verify corrective actions.
