As a Customer Service Coordinator, you are the "Mission Control" of our operations. Your day will be dynamic, involving:
The Scheduling Puzzle: Rostering and scheduling staff to ensure every vulnerable client has the support they need, when they need it.
Relationship Building: Developing deep trust with clients, families, and Case Managers to turn goals into reality.
Problem Solving: Managing the "On-Call" rotation to tackle emergency shift cancellations—you’re the hero who saves the day!
Clear Communication: Directing enquiries, managing high-priority emails, and maintaining flawless documentation.
Coordination: Organising clinical products and essential services for our Australian participants.
To provide world-class support to our Australian clients, we operate on a 7-day rotating roster (76 hours per fortnight) but you'll never work both weekend days in a row
Your shifts will fall within the window of 3:00 AM to 8:00 PM. This early start means you’ll beat the BGC traffic and have your evenings (or afternoons!) to yourself! As our team grows so will our roster flexibility.
