Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a Financial Analyst – Capex to join our finance team in Pampanga.

You will run month-end close processes, prepare capex journals, and support opex accruals for infrastructure projects while ensuring accuracy in the balance sheet. The role requires 2–3 years of accounting/financial analysis experience, advanced Excel and financial modelling skills, and familiarity with systems like Peoplesoft or Power BI.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in management accounting, business partnering or financial analysis roles.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Desirable: knowledge of Peoplesoft, Maximo, Power BI or similar systems/software.

Responsibilities

• Month End Close
• Prepare capex related journals
• Prepare opex accruals for infrastructure related capex
• Collate timesheets and post journals
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations
• Support forecast projections
• Load capex projects for approval
• Maintain capex project attributes in Peoplesoft
• Low Value Pool processing and analysis
• Prepare asset capitalisation and disposal forms
• Processing of FX invoices
• Support processing of AUD invoices
• Managing overdue invoices reported by suppliers
