SourceU is seeking a Canva Document Specialist / Layout Artist for a AU client, working from home on Sydney-hours. You will personalise multi-page documents in Canva, manage assets, and ensure brand compliance before QA sign-off. Strong attention to detail and Australian client experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience working with Australian clients/businesses (ABNs, licenses, formats).
• Demonstrated precision transferring data (names, phone numbers, color codes) with minimal errors.
• Strong written English and professional ticketing/email communication skills.
• Willingness to receive QA feedback and apply revisions correctly the first time.

Responsibilities

• Document Personalisation: customise Canva documents using client profiles (logos, colors, ABNs, licenses).
• File & Asset Management: organise files in Canva, Google Drive, and client platforms per SOPs.
• Process & Documentation Adherence: follow SOPs and flag gaps to improve processes.
• Quality Assurance & Delivery: implement QA feedback and export final documents to required print standards.
• Client Communication: maintain clear communication via email or tickets regarding assets or updates.
