Responsibilities

• Spearhead development and execution of local marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.
• Act as project lead for campaigns from planning and briefing through execution, launch, and post-campaign reporting.
• Conceptualize campaigns and promotions to grow brand and business.
• Brief campaigns for internal teams and agencies; oversee production of campaign materials.
• Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance against targets.
• Collaborate with multiple marketing divisions (campaign, partnership, growth, loyalty, retail).
• Assist in managing marketing calendars for consistent content flow and audience interaction.
• Utilize channels to maximize promotional opportunities cost-effectively.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify differentiation opportunities.
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks as required by the team.
