Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. seeks a detail-oriented Data and Quality Coordinator to join our data-driven team. You will prepare, format, and deliver campaign data to call centres, ensure compliance, and maintain data integrity across systems such as Merlin and Twins.

In this role you will collaborate with Call Centre Operations, Marketing Operations, and external vendors to reconcile data, generate reports, and support continuous process improvements that enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook).
• Excellent time management with ability to meet deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, format, and deliver data to call centres for processing and campaign execution.
• Format data for upload into Merlin and wash data using Twins deduplication software.
• Ensure all data meets suppression criteria and customer compliance requirements.
• Liaise with Call Centre Operations, Marketing Operations, Dialler Operators, Sales Administration, and external vendors to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Complete reporting and administrative tasks, including tracking washout rates and managing reserve data.
• Maintain data integrity and reconcile leads entered against original source files.
