Neksjob Philippines is seeking an experienced Call Center Sales Agent who can clearly communicate with customers, identify needs, and promote company products in a target-driven environment. The role requires outbound calls to prospects and existing customers, presenting solutions, handling objections, updating records, and consistently meeting sales quotas while delivering excellent service.

• 1–2 years of call center, telesales, or sales experience.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve targets.
• Good negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Introduce and explain products and services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
• Convert qualified leads into sales.
