Job summary

Recruitify_HR in Cebu is hiring for BPO Specialist roles across travel, healthcare, and banking accounts on-site with immediate openings. This opportunity is located in Cebu and offers a competitive salary with allowances and incentives.

You will professionally handle high-volume inbound inquiries via phone, chat, or email, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and maintain up-to-date product knowledge to support first-call resolution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months BPO experience is mandatory.
• College graduates welcome for entry-level accounts.
