FORZA GLOBAL SERVICES INC. is seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our Cebu City team. This onsite role offers a full-time opportunity with a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays when required.

We welcome both experienced BPO professionals and first-time applicants who can deliver excellent customer service, document interactions, and follow scripts and guidelines. Onsite in Banawa, Cebu City.

Qualifications

• At least HS or SHS graduate with diploma.
• With or without BPO experience.
• Customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle customer concerns professionally.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.
• Willing to work onsite in Banawa, Cebu City.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays when required.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing excellent customer service.
