E-Teleconnect in Parañaque is seeking Call Center Agents to join our US Timeshare Campaign as Appointment Setters. You will contact qualified leads in the United States, build rapport, and schedule appointments for a sales presentation.

Ideal candidates have strong English, a goal-driven mindset, and can work graveyard shifts. You will document interactions in the CRM, meet daily targets, and participate in training and coaching.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in BPO, telemarketing or appointment setting is advantageous.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities are important.
• Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone is required.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with CRM navigation skills.
• Willing to work a graveyard shift (US time zone).
• Able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities
