Job summary

Welltech Service Corporation in Mandaluyong is seeking a Quality Controller to ensure calibration procedures and results meet national/international standards. You will verify accuracy of measurement equipment and participate in internal and external audits.

The role requires technical education, attention to detail, strong communication, and willingness to multi-task; training will be provided. ISO 9001/17025 knowledge is advantageous; immediate start is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduates of technical courses in Engineering, Instrumentation & Control, or any related field.
• Graduates of computer-related courses may also be considered.
• With 2 years of working experience in Quality Management System is an advantage.
• Detail oriented.
• Assertive with strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills and computer literate.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and/or ISO 17025:2017 and Metrology Standard is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Quality Control Tools Application will be an advantage.
• Willing to accept multi-tasks and willing to be trained.
• Willing to work in Mandaluyong area.
• Can start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Ensure calibration procedures and results adhere to national/international standards and regulations.
• Verify accuracy and traceability of measurement and test equipment used for calibration.
• Conduct internal audits and participate in external audits to maintain lab accreditation.
• Analyze data and prepare calibration certificates/reports for clients.
• Investigate and resolve any non-conformances or discrepancies in calibration processes.
• Implement and maintain a robust quality management system for the calibration lab.
