• At least 1 year cage casino experience.

• Proficiency with calculators, computers, and money counters.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).

The Cage Cashier is responsible for providing excellent customer service while performing various cash handling duties and transactions in a fast-paced casino environment.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate handling of guest and company funds by processing all transactions and documentations in accordance with gaming regulations, company policies and procedures.

• Process cash, chips, markers and other monetary instruments accurately and efficiently.

• Assist customers in completing credit applications and oversee the maintenance of all customer credit files.

• Facilitate the transfer of cash, chips, foreign currency, and other documents between cages.

• Conduct routine chip rotation to ensure accurate chip inventory.

• Perform preparation and replenishment of cash floats for cage windows and other company outlets.

Requirements:

• Minimum requirement of at least a high school diploma or equivalent attainment.

• Must be able to work flexible shifts and days, including weekends and holidays; extended hours and irregular shifts may be required.

• Must have at least 1 year cage casino experience.

• Prior experience in money handling or cashiering is preferred.

• Proficiency in operating calculators, computers, and money counters for processing various cash and coin transactions.

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English.
