Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process cage transactions accurately and efficiently (cash, chips, TITO, cards, FX).
• Maintain accountability for cash, chips, and inventories with balance checks.
• Deliver professional, prompt, courteous service to all guests.
• Ensure compliance with cage policies and regulatory requirements.
• Complete admin/reporting duties and support cage operations as needed.

JOB BRIEF

• The Cage Cashier isresponsible in providing professional, prompt, and accurate guest service relating to all Cage transactions while strictly and consistently adhering and with full integrity to the Cage Policies and Procedures and company's mission and vision.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process cage transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash exchanges, chip exchanges, TITO redemptions, credit card withdrawals, and foreign exchange transactions.

• Maintain accountability for assigned cash, chip, and cash equivalent inventories, ensuring proper balancing and reconciliation at the end of each shift.

• Deliver professional, prompt, and courteous service to all guests while adhering to established service standards.

• Ensure compliance with all Cage policies, procedures, internal controls, and regulatory requirements to safeguard company assets.

• Complete administrative and reporting duties as assigned and support chip bank, main bank, or other cage operations as required.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• With or with no experience

• Cash handling and/or previous Casino Cage Cashier experience is a plus

• Preferably a college graduate or equivalent work experience.

• With pleasing personality

• With the ability to maintain vigilance, self composure, and presence of mind while working under pressure.
