The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accountancy, CPA, 3–4 years’ hospitality accounting experience, strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws, and proficiency in accounting software and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Accountancy and CPA.
• 3–4 years in accounting, hospitality preferred.
• Knowledge of Philippine tax laws and financial reporting.
• Proficient in accounting software and Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information.
• Willing to work in Tanay, Rizal.

Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions including sales, expenses, and journal entries.
• Maintain up-to-date financial records.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Process accounts payable and receivable.
• Ensure timely billing, collections, and payments.
• Reconcile discrepancies and resolve payment issues.
• Prepare and file tax returns (BIR, VAT, withholding taxes, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and deadlines.
• Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
• Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
