Fuente Hotel De Cebu is seeking a versatile Line Cook / Barista to support both kitchen and café operations in Cebu City. You will prepare quality food and beverages, maintain cleanliness, and ensure food safety and excellent service.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen, food service, or barista experience is an advantage.
• Willing to undergo barista and company training.
• Knowledge of basic food preparation and beverage preparation.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work efficiently in both kitchen and guest-facing café environments.
• Team-oriented, reliable, and willing to learn.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to established recipes, portions, and quality standards.
• Prepare coffee, beverages, and other café products according to established procedures.
• Assist in kitchen production, food plating, and live service.
• Operate and properly care for kitchen and café equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen and café lobby.
• Assist in monitoring food, beverage, and other operational supplies.
• Ensure proper food and beverage handling, storage, and stock rotation.
• Provide courteous and professional service to guests when assigned to the café lobby.
• Report stock shortages, spoilage, equipment issues, safety hazards, and other operational concerns.
• Follow Company policies, food safety procedures, service standards, and lawful work instructions.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by Management.
