Job summary

A construction firm is looking for an AutoCAD Draftsman to produce and coordinate accurate project drawings. Candidates should have a degree in Architecture or Engineering and 1–2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is essential. AutoCAD Draftsman (Draftsperson) | Onsite | Day Shift

Responsibilities

• Produce clear and accurate drawings such as body plans, shop drawings, revisions, as‑built plans and any other drawings needed by the project.
• Coordinate with MEP/Other trades for consolidation with structural, architectural to eliminate clashes or discrepancies.
• Review and familiarize yourself with the issued drawings.
• Organize files (hard copy and soft copy) including Construction Drawings (FCD), Request for Information (RFI), Submittals, e‑mail correspondence and other essential project documents.
• Ensure that the drawings generated meet the latest Construction Drawing and Technical Specifications and are verified with the actual site conditions.
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Architecture or Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Sanitary Engineering Course.
• Preferably 1–2 years experience as a CADD Operator in any related field work.
• Knowledgeable in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Visualization; proficiency in Revit/BIM (optional) and manual drafting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Photoshop.
