Job Description

• Produces clear and accurate drawings such as body plans, shop drawings, revisions, as-built plans and any other drawings needed by the project
• Coordinate with MEPFS/Other trades for consolidation with structural, architectural to eliminate clashes or discrepancies
• Reviews and familiarizes himself/herself with the issued drawings
• Organizes files (hardcopy and softcopy) including for Construction Drawings (FCD), Request for Information (RFI), Submittals, e-mail correspondence and other drawings/documents that is essential to the project
• Ensures that the drawings generated are done with the quality, with accordance to the latest for Construction Drawing and Technical Specifications and verified with the actual site conditions
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications

• Graduate of Architecture or Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Sanitary Engineering Course
• Preferably 1-2 years experience as CADD Operator in any related field work
• Knowledgeable in AutoCAD, SKP, 3D Visualization, (Revit/BIM (optional)) and manual drafting
• Proficient in the use of various Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Photoshop and other programs to aide in the production of drawings
