Job summary

ASEC Development and Construction Corporation is seeking a meticulous CADD Operator to produce accurate construction drawings and ensure compliance with codes and standards. You will verify plans through site visits, prepare as-built drawings, and maintain up-to-date technical archives.

Responsibilities include coordinating with project teams, identifying issues in drawings, creating detailed shop drawings, and delivering RFI/RFA drawings on time while upholding ISO 9001 quality practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum educational requirement is BS in Architecture.
• At least 1 year as a CADD Operator in construction preferred.
• Ability to read and understand construction plans.
• Familiarity with CAD software CW CAD, AutoDesk, SketchUp, and MS Office basics.
• Detail-oriented with good mathematical skills and ISO 9001 awareness.

A. Education

Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Architecture

B. Experience

• At least one (1) year technical work experience as a CADD Operator in a construction company
• Knowledge of engineering practices and methods
• Ability to read and understand construction plans
• Knowledge of/skills in basic algebra and geometry used in calculating figures and amounts
• Knowledge of/skills in CAD software such as CW CAD, AutoDesk, Sketch Up-Proficient
• Knowledge of/skills in MS Office- Basic
• Attention to detail
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System, an advantage
• Verbal and written communication skills-Intermediate
• Professional attitude and appearance
