Job summary

Baldo Construction and Development Corporation is seeking a qualified professional to prepare as-built plans and develop CAD drawings for designated project sites, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.

The role involves coordinating with engineers, contractors, and project staff to create design concepts and presentation materials, while maintaining organized CAD libraries and supporting management with reports and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or college degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Structural or Interior Design.
• 2–3 years of work experience in construction drawings.
• Hands-on experience in MEPFS drawings.
• Proficient in CAD software.
• Organized, systematic, with keen eye for detail.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Preferably with minimum on-site construction exposure.
• Willing to work longer hours.

Responsibilities

• Mainly prepares as-built plans for the designated Project Site.
• Prepares design concepts, images, and materials for project presentation.
• Communicates with contractors and all project personnel for client's requirements and project progress.
• Performs CAD drawings for engineering and structural designs. Proposes designs and drawings.
• Plots the final engineering drawing using standard format.
• Liaises with engineers in producing CAD drawings.
• Produces sections and details to demonstrate practical installations.
• Maintains and stores CAD drawings efficiently.
• Keeps directory of drawings up to date and documented.
• Prepares and submits reports and documents required by the Management.
• Performs other management mandated functions.
