Job summary

Logos Creative Office Philippines Inc in the Philippines is seeking a CAD Operator to draft architectural plans using JW CAD and related software, ensuring alignment with project requirements and client standards.

The role includes creating revisions based on comments from Japanese designers, preparing plans and deliverables, and operating basic office equipment with troubleshooting support. Fresh graduates are welcome; on-site work in Makati area is anticipated.

Qualifications

• Qualifications include diploma or degree in engineering/architecture or drafting, with strong communication skills.

• Preferred familiarity with CAD software and ability to produce quality drawings.

Job Requirements for CAD Operator:

• Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering, Architecture, Drafting Technology or equivalent.

• Good spoken and written communication.

• Preferably with 1 year experienced in Japanese architectural firm

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Preferably with knowledge in CAD related software.

• Able to work with high standards.

• Strong sense of responsibility and discipline to accomplish quality drawing works.

• With or without experience are welcome to apply.

• Preferably residing in Makati or any location within an hour travel time to and from the office location.

Job Responsibility for CAD OPERATOR:

• Draft architectural plans and specifications using JW CAD and other Japanese Software.

• Create revisions/repair of drawings based on comments and recommendations of Japanese designers.

• Preparations of plans and project deliverables.

• Can operate office equipment and do basic trouble shooting.

Technical Skill for Renderer (CAD OPERATOR):

• A good eye for composition.

• Eager to provide or acquire photographic reference.

• Strong sense of composition color and design

• Strong fine arts foundation skills, such as photography and photographic lighting

• Have 2D Experience is a major plus

• Have a good grip of rendering in 3D Software using render

• Has a rendering experience.

Job Description for Renderer (CAD OPERATOR):

• Create photorealistic set extensions and 3D digital environments and props.

• Might include modeling, texturing and general asset creation for a partial or entire digital environment.

• Further duties might include basic shader work and assignment, lighting and rendering of environment assets.

• Proven ability to work closely with other artists under tight production schedules.
