Doza Group Inc. is seeking a skilled CAD Operator to prepare and revise shop drawings, as-built drawings, and construction drawings in Cebu City. You will produce detailed 2D/3D drawings, sketches, and modifications according to site instructions and project requirements.
You will coordinate with Project Engineers, Architects, and MEP teams to ensure alignment with specifications. Proficiency in AutoCAD is required; knowledge of Revit is an advantage.
Prepare and revise shop drawings, as-built drawings, and construction drawings based on project requirements.
Produce detailed drawings using AutoCAD and other drafting software as required.
Prepare sketches and drawing modifications based on site instructions and actual conditions.
Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications and applicable standards.
Prepare coordination drawings for architectural, structural, and MEPF works.
Incorporate comments from consultants, project engineers, and clients into drawing revisions.
Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors regarding discrepancies and drawing requirements.
Conduct site visits and verify actual conditions.
Update as-built drawings based on completed works and approved changes.
Maintain accurate records of revisions and field modifications.
Assist in preparing turnover documents and project close-out requirements.
Maintain an updated drawing register and revision log.
Ensure only the latest approved drawings are distributed and used on site.
Organize and maintain electronic and hard-copy project drawings.
Monitor incoming and outgoing drawing transmittals.
Coordinate with Project Engineers, Architects, QA/QC, and subcontractors regarding drawing concerns.
Assist the project team in resolving drawing discrepancies and conflicts.
Attend coordination meetings when required.
Assist in quantity take-offs and material measurements from drawings when necessary.
Provide drawing support for procurement and project planning requirements.
Prepare layouts and technical sketches required by the project team.
Submit weekly updates on drawing status and pending revisions.
Maintain proper documentation of approved drawings and revisions.
Perform other related duties that may be assigned by management.
Graduate of:
Bachelor of Science in Architecture
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
Industrial Technology – Drafting Technology
Technical Drafting or any related course.
At least 3 years of experience as CAD Operator, Draftsman, or related position in construction projects.
Experience in high‑rise, hotel, commercial, fit‑out, or MEPF projects is an advantage.
Proficient in:
AutoCAD (2D and 3D)
SketchUp
Microsoft Office Applications
Knowledge in Revit and BIM is an advantage.
Knowledge in reading:
Architectural Drawings
Structural Drawings
MEPF Drawings
Shop Drawings and As‑Built Plans.

Ensuring that only approved and latest drawings are used for construction.
CAD Operator → Senior CAD Operator → Document Controller / Design Coordinator → Project Engineer / Technical Coordinator.
