Job summary

Guerilla in Philippines (Mabalacat) is seeking a CAD technician to prepare detailed shop drawings for custom millwork, including cabinetry, wall fixtures, and freestanding displays. You will coordinate with design and production to ensure manufacturability and project accuracy.

You should have 2+ years of millwork experience, be proficient with CAD/Vectorworks, SketchUp, and related tooling, and be comfortable working onsite on day shift (6AM–3PM).

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in millwork or related field.
• Experience in retail fit-out or commercial millwork is highly preferred.
• Ability to interpret architectural/interior design drawings.
• Thorough understanding of fabrication methods and installation requirements.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in production drawings.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualizes and generates 2D and 3D CAD designs for millwork.
• Develops construction details that are cost-effective and buildable.
• Prepares detailed shop drawings for cabinetry, wall fixtures, and displays.
• Coordinates with design and production teams to ensure manufacturability.
• Reviews documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Creates CNC files for fabrication.
• Ensures drawings comply with company standards and processes.
• Develops accurate production drawings for manufacturing.
