Job summary

SYSTRA is seeking a Structural CAD Rebar Drafter in Metro Manila to create and manage detailed 3D models using CAD tools. You will interpret engineering drawings and specifications, producing accurate reinforced concrete models that meet project standards.

The role requires hands-on experience with AutoCAD or equivalent, familiarity with structural detailing and BS8666, and the ability to work in a team or independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or accredited drafting certificate.
• Experience with AutoCAD and structural detailing.
• Familiarity with BS8666 code.

Responsibilities

• Advanced computer and software skills in preparing Structural Detailed Design drawings (AutoCAD software or equivalent).
• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to produce accurate 3D models; review drawings to ensure package meets project standards.
• Work with reinforcement detailing and BS8666 compliance; follow instructions and diagrams.

Context

The Structural CAD Rebar Drafter will be responsible for creating and managing detailed 3D models using CAD.

Missions/Main Duties

• Advanced computer and software skills in preparing Structural Detailed Design drawings (AutoCAD software or equivalent)
• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to produce accurate 3d models. Reviews own drawings and ensures that the package as per project standards.
• Worked with reinforcement detailng and familiar with BS8666 code
• Ability to understand and follow simple to complex instructions and diagrams
• Familiarity with structural detailing works
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently with minimal supervision
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Attention to details
