Job summary

Mansari Builders is seeking a skilled CAD Designer to join our Zamboanga City team. This full-time role focuses on creating detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings for modular cabinets and coordinating with architects, engineers, and installers to meet project specs.

You will maintain CAD libraries, support teammates, and stay current with CAD tools and industry trends to improve design efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Architecture, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years as CAD Designer or Architectural Drafter.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp and similar CAD tools.
• Strong understanding of architectural design and construction methods.
• Detail-oriented with accurate, organized drawings.
• Effective team communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

As a full-time CAD Designer, you will play a crucial role in bringing our modular cabinet designs to life through the creation of detailed 2D and 3D computer-aided designs. What you'll be doing

• Producing high-quality 2D and 3D CAD drawings and models for a variety of projects

• Collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and installers to understand project requirements and translate them into precise technical drawings

• Ensuring designs adhere to industry standards and client specifications

• Updating and maintaining CAD libraries, templates, and standards to streamline the design process

• Providing support and guidance to team members on the use of CAD software and design techniques

• Staying up-to-date with the latest CAD software, tools, and industry trends to continuously improve your skills and the team's efficiency

What we're looking for

• Relevant degree or diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or a related technical field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a CAD Designer or Architectural Drafter role

• Proficient in the use of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other common CAD software

• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction methods
