Job summary

SYSTRA is seeking a CAD Manager in Manila to lead CAD/BIM standards and digital workflows across transport projects. You will oversee AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and Civil 3D, guiding design teams toward accurate model-based delivery.

The CAD Manager will oversee CAD standards, workflows, and templates across projects.

Missions/Main Duties

• Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and advancement of Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes within the organization. This role ensures that design and construction teams leverage digital technologies effectively to improve accuracy, collaboration, and project delivery.
• Manage software platforms (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D) and ensure compatibility across disciplines
• Develop and enforce CAD/BIM standards, workflows, and best practices across projects..
• Provide strategic direction for BIM adoption and digital transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of models.
• Ensure deliverables meet industry standards, client requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
