Job summary

Guerilla Staffing Solutions in the Philippines is seeking a skilled CAD drafter specialized in cabinetry to join our on-site team in Clark, Pampanga. You will create detailed Cabinet Vision drawings, 3D models, and production-ready plans for kitchens, wardrobes, vanities, and commercial fit-outs.

The role requires interpreting architectural plans and specs, ensuring precise dimensions and materials, with collaboration across project managers and production teams.

Qualifications

• Proven cabinet CAD drafting experience with Cabinet Vision.
• Strong knowledge of cabinetry construction and joinery.
• Ability to produce accurate, production-ready drawings.
• Familiar with Australian cabinetry practices is an advantage.

Job description

Salary Range: 40,000 – 45,000
Work Set-Up: Work onsite | Mon-Fri

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cabinetry and joinery drawings and 3D models using Cabinet Vision for kitchens, wardrobes, vanities, custom cabinetry, and commercial fit-outs.
• Interpret architectural plans, sketches, and specifications, ensuring accurate dimensions, materials, hardware, fittings, and construction details.
• Develop production-ready drawings that support manufacturing and installation requirements.
• Review and revise drawings based on client requirements, site conditions, and project changes.
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, and production teams to resolve technical issues and ensure drawings are completed on time.
• Apply Australian cabinetry, joinery, and manufacturing practices throughout the drafting process.

Requirements

• Proven experience in cabinet or CAD drafting within the cabinetry or joinery industry, with strong Cabinet Vision skills.
• Solid knowledge of cabinetry construction, joinery, hardware, and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to produce accurate, production-ready drawings and interpret architectural plans and specifications.
• Familiarity with Australian cabinetry and joinery practices.
• Strong attention to detail, technical problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and communicate effectively with project and production teams.
• Experience in commercial fit-outs, hospitality, hotel, or custom joinery projects is an advantage.
