Job summary

ADDESSA CORPORATION is a leading appliance and consumer electronics retailer seeking a Credit Investigator/Collector for our Cauayan City, Isabela branch. The role involves conducting credit investigations and collecting installments from customers within the assigned area.

Applicants should have proven cash collection experience, the ability to work independently, and travel as needed. A valid driver's license and motorcycle operation are mandatory, with a Senior High School diploma or

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Conduct credit investigations for all installment loan applicants.
• Collect monthly installment payments from ADDESSA customers within assigned area coverage.
• Maintain detailed records of all transactions and prepare collection reports.
• Communicate with customers regarding outstanding payments and collection schedules
• Monitor and track collection activities to ensure targets are met

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in cash collection or similar financial operations roles
• Ability to work independently and meet collection targets
• Physical ability to travel to multiple locations within area of coverage for collection purposes
• Ability to drive motorcycle and a valid driver's license is a must
• Senior high school diploma or equivalent qualification
