Job summary

IQBackOffice is seeking a Backend Developer to troubleshoot and improve backend applications, collaborating with the team to build efficient, user-friendly solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in programming languages (Java, Python, Scala) and tools, plus Linux familiarity and strong communication skills. You will work with the middle layer to support external applications interacting with third-party collaborators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
• Strong understanding of web development cycle and programming techniques.
• Focus on efficiency, user experience, and process improvement.
• Strong problem solving and verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or with a group.
• Familiarity with Linux is a plus.
• Understanding of Java, Python, Scala is a plus; Kafka is a plus.
